Refund Policy
We offer refunds only for customers who have received damaged items and can provide proof of the damage.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if it is damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please include the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return due to damage, please contact us at info@re-hand.com.
Return Process:
- All returns shall be done at the buyer's expense. We do not provide free return shipping.
- The buyer must return the item to the following address: UAE, Al Ain, Al Hili Complex, Building 28, Apartment 52.
- No refund will be issued if the buyer does not return the item at their own cost to the specified address.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item for any damages or issues.
Refund Eligibility:
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue.
- No dispute regarding the refund will be considered valid unless the item is returned as per the stated conditions.
- If the item is damaged due to improper use by the customer, they will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
- We do not accept returns for hazardous materials or sale items/gift cards.
- Customers in the European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return their order. The same conditions regarding the item’s condition and proof of purchase apply.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@re-hand.com for further assistance.
Additional Information:
- The exhaust and heat dissipation holes of the host are located below the machine, so it is essential to keep it clean and ventilated.
- Do not place the machine on the bed or ground for use, as damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty.
